Delivery, Shipping, and Pickup
Where do you deliver?
We deliver our fresh cheese and charcuterie boards within a 15-mile radius of Boston. You can check your zip code on the checkout page to ensure we deliver to your area. If you are outside our local delivery zone you can check out our curated selection of gifts and DIY boxes that can ship nationwide or our free pickup options from our kitchen space.

When do you deliver?
We currently offer local delivery Thursday-Saturday each week and free local pickup from our kitchen space every Saturday. Gifts and DIY boxes ship throughout the week - please allow 1-2 days of processing time after placing your order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! we love saying hello to our customers. We offer local pickup on all purchases out of our kitchen space on Saturday mornings. Select local pickup at checkout and you will be emailed instructions for pickup day.
Can you accommodate corporate orders?
Yes! we can handle orders of all sizes and love working with our corporate partners large and small. Please contact us to speak with our gifting specialists regarding large corporate or event orders.
Where do you get your ingredients?
When in season we shop local farmers markets for all produce. During the off-season we work with local farms and produce providers who care about quality just as much as we do. In addition, our cheeses and meats are sourced from 100% American-made and small-batch sources. We continue to research grazy product partners and will be adding exciting products frequently that fit within our quality and sustainability standards.
I have a food allergy, can you accommodate this?
We are happy to discuss food allergies with you prior to ordering. However, please note that our kitchen is not a nut-free facility, so we cannot claim that cross-contamination does not occur.
Do you offer vegan options?
Yes! All of our boxes (excluding gifts) can be made vegan. Please check this option while purchasing your box.
Does my box come with a board for serving?
All boxes contain a board for easy serving. Your grazy box will arrive ready to be enjoyed.
How long will my box last prior to serving?
We recommend serving your grazy box within 24 hours of delivery. If you will be storing your grazy box in the refrigerator overnight we recommend keeping it covered with plastic wrap to preserve freshness.
How much of grazy's products are recyclable?
All of grazy's boxes are 100% recyclable. Our snack packs are 100% compostable and we only use cool packs that are eco-friendly or compostable in nature. In addition, we recommend reusing our jars and utensils provided. We are always researching and learning better ways to serve you and the environment and will continue to reduce our footprint.
How far in advance should I place an order?
We can accommodate all orders as long as they are placed 48 hours in advance.
Where do you prepare your boards?
We prepare all boards in a permitted and insured commissary kitchen in Stoneham, MA. We practice the highest standard of sanitation to ensure the safety of all of our customers and employees.
Do you have a storefront I can visit?
At this time we do not have a storefront (stay tuned!) and will be locally delivering all boards from our shared commissary kitchen. We offer local pickup out of our kitchen every Saturday (select at checkout.)
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We do our best to coordinate all custom and bulk orders. Please contact us for more information on creating a custom order or event display.
Is grazy a subscription service?
Currently, we do not offer a subscription-based model. However, never say never! If you would like to see this as an option we'd love to hear from you.

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our boards and gifts, we do not offer returns for any purchases. However, if you receive damaged goods please contact us via our contact us page. Shipping charges are never refundable.
