Crafted with Evereste crabapples, this preserve is more tart and complex than your typical apple butter. It has just the slightest hint of bitter - making it perfectly suited to the cheese within this box. Handpicked and handmade on Orca's Island by a female founded company.

Female founded salami company combining non-traditional flavors. Coro is the italian word for chorus representing not only their flavor profiles but the chorus of voices and people at Coro that bring their products to you.
